Vỏ nhôm chắc chắn - trục thép không gỉ - hệ thống cảm biến từ - kết nối điện qua đầu ra cáp.
Trong dòng sản phẩm TRK absolute encoder, giao diện EtherCAT được tích hợp theo IEC 61158-2 đến 6 và hồ sơ mã hóa CiA DSP406.
Để đạt được mức SIL2, TRK/S3 chứa một hệ thống cảm biến dự phòng và các cơ chế giám sát nội bộ bổ sung cũng như giao tiếp an toàn qua giao thức FSoE (lưu lỗi qua EtherCAT).
Giao thức FSoE được triển khai theo thông số kỹ thuật An toàn qua EtherCAT ETG.5100 phiên bản 1.2.0.
