K18201 Digital Water Spray Apparatus Koehler Việt Nam

Bộ thiết bị phun nước hoàn chỉnh đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn ASTM và bao gồm  buồng phun, hệ thống dẫn nước và bình chứa nước giữ nhiệt.

Thiết bị phun  nước với tốc độ và nhiệt độ quy định lên tấm thử nghiệm được phủ một  lớp mỡ mẫu.

Để kiểm tra khả năng chịu được phun nước, hãy đổ đầy bình chứa bằng 8 lít  nước máy và đặt bộ điều nhiệt ở nhiệt độ thử nghiệm.

Cho nước lưu thông qua  hệ thống để đạt được trạng thái cân bằng nhiệt độ và đặt tấm thử nghiệm đã phủ mỡ vào  buồng phun. Điều chỉnh áp suất phun nước đến 40 psi (276 kPa) và tiếp tục trong 5  phút. 

Đáp ứng các thông số kỹ thuật của: 

  1. Hệ thống tuần hoàn ASTM D4049 
  2. Động cơ truyền động:  1/3 mã lực, 1725 vòng/phút
  3. Bơm:  loại bánh răng quay thể tích dương
  4. Đồng hồ đo áp suất:  0-60 psi
  5. Độ ổn định kiểm soát nhiệt độ:  ±1°F (±0,5°C)
